Workflow Status changes don't auto update
When completing a task that results in a status change, the status change doesn't auto-update, you must refresh to see the change when on the Lead/Shoot page.

Contact, Lead, Shoot - History Page
Could you create a page where we can see the date and time that various actions occurred like the status was changed to or from something.
I can go see the email history but not when tasks and statuses were changed and by whom.

Reordering Admin lists not honoured
2 Bugs:
1: Doesn't save the order - most of the time, I've reordered my lists so many times I've lost count, sometimes it saves, most of the time it doesn't
2: When reordering lists, this order is not honoured throughout the site, different areas will list them in different orders.

Override ESC command
Override the ESC button's default action of closing the master window, when clicking esc in a sub-window.
i.e. have a workflow open, then when working on a THIS, I hit ESC to close the THIS edit will close the workflow and due to a but will close and not save the workflow.

Clicking ESC closes and deletes work (Safari)
Clicking ESC when working on a workflow, brings up a Close without saving? This is great....
However click EITHER "yes, close without saving" OR "Cancel" will BOTH close and not save!

Assistant Extension 2
Add ability to create or add tasks at a certain point based on, say a booking proposal being sent. i.e. add a task to say "Not interested? Change status to cancelled"

Assistant Extension
Add ability to create our own assistant. The specific follow up multiple times feature would be great. i.e. I'm creating some workflows to follow up on an enquiry but being able to specific that the email is sent at 1 day, 3 days and 7 days would be great, instead of having to create 3 workflow steps.

Delete warning - safety check
Please could you add context, WHAT are you about to delete.
Are you sure you want to delete this email template?
would become
Are you sure you want to delete the "Email name" email template?

Deleting anything force confirmation (but specifically anything in the admin area)
Add a confirmation of delete, this applies to anywhere there is a delete operation.

Firefox - Booking Proposal apply template requires 2 clicks
When selecting a template, it closes the menu, so you have to click Template again and then click Apply.
Does not do this in Safari or Chrome.

Tasks - Yes/No vs delete
Allow a yes/no answer vs checking it off. Which would then allow different logic.
i.e.
Insead of 2 tasks, then 1 has to be deleted.
Didn't respond do X
Did respond do Y
instead Did they respond?
Yes to X
No do Y
OR
allow a task to delete another task and it's sub-tasks, in the much the same way that you can change the status, Did respond? in the first example could delete the "Didn't Respond?" tasks.
OR (but this can get really complicated for beginners)
allow or logic, so if the status or something = this then don't run that task.
if you did implement this, allow multiple select of statuses, if in this list.

Re-ordering workflow items
Could you allow 2 options, move this tasks, move this set of tasks.
i.e. where you have dependant tasks allow the block to be moved vs having to move individual ones.

Search for... trashed tasks
When searching it shows items in the trash but doesn't say that they've been trashed in the search menu nor on the view/edit pages. Could you add a [Trashed] designator somewhere please.
This meant I found a lead but then when I went to the lead list I couldn't actually find it, until I realised that it had been trashed.

Profile Photos per Brand per User
Single user, multiple brand setups where different profile photos are required.
Ie photography brand, photo holding camera
Studio rental brand, photo of studio
IT, photo at computer
It would be great to be able to assign different profile photos to each brand for a single user login thus when a brand is signed the correct photo displays.
I know of a couple of other people that would use this feature, other than me.
