    Add ability to create or add tasks at a certain point based on, say a booking proposal being sent. i.e. add a task to say "Not interested? Change status to cancelled"

    Add ability to create our own assistant. The specific follow up multiple times feature would be great. i.e. I'm creating some workflows to follow up on an enquiry but being able to specific that the email is sent at 1 day, 3 days and 7 days would be great, instead of having to create 3 workflow steps.
