Allow a yes/no answer vs checking it off. Which would then allow different logic.
i.e.
Insead of 2 tasks, then 1 has to be deleted.
Didn’t respond do X
Did respond do Y
instead Did they respond?
Yes to X
No do Y
OR
allow a task to delete another task and it’s sub-tasks, in the much the same way that you can change the status, Did respond? in the first example could delete the “Didn’t Respond?” tasks.
OR (but this can get really complicated for beginners)
allow or logic, so if the status or something = this then don’t run that task.
if you did implement this, allow multiple select of statuses, if in this list.
